Since the beginning of 2020, due to the influence of COVID-19 and insufficient of wafer’ s production capacity, with the price of raw materials and imported chips has risen sharply, the cost of our products has continued to increase, even though we have consulted with the supplier many times about price. ANGJI has implemented a series of measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, strive to mini mize the difficulty in the internal control. But after review of the current overall environment, it can no longer be resolved in future. It is therefore necessary for price to be adjusted from April 1 of 2021 in order to maintain a suitable business model that continue to provide high-quality products. After the research of our company’s leadership and many considerations, we decided to follow the contract and make a year-on-year adjustment: the price of the flow meter circuit board increased by 10%, and the price of the secondary meter was the same . Once the price of raw materials is lowered, our company will notify the price adjustment in time.
It’s hard decision, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by price changes. We will continue to improve product quality and service levels to meet the needs of customers.
